We are very pleased to welcome Dr. Mike Barlow to the ipVA team as a consultant specialising in IP strategy and IP due diligence. Mike works primarily in the areas of Chemical, clean energy, and oil and gas exploration, production, and refining industries. Mike is formerly the Head of BP International’s Global Patents and Technology Law group in which role he led BP’s patenting activity and the IP due diligence and contract negotiations around all of its significant commercial transactions. Mike is a qualified UK and European patent attorney and has an MA and D.Phil from the University of Oxford in Chemistry.
