ipVA will be discussing intellectual property and IP strategies at IIR's Fundamentals of Private Equity event, happening in London on 24-25 November.  ipVA's talk will be part of a two day seminar focussed on practical instruction on analysis and structure of transactions.  The event includes a frequent collaborator on ipVA projects, Kelvin King from Valuation Consulting.  The event also includes partners and associates from Ernst & Young, KPMG, K&L Gates, Pinsent Masons, Lovells, and SJ Berwin.
